Before we start, we need to understand your objective, the target audience and any other factors that may influence the design and development process. These are the most important things. We will interview you and your staff, and anyone else involved in the process. In this phase we will go  together with you through the competitor analysis. We will also advise you and help you take decisions. In this part of the process, we will review websites that have a similar feeling and style as the one we want to achieve for your brand. It is very important to understand the target user groups and understand what will they expect from your website. Together we will make mood boards. At the end, we will go through graphic layout solutions and choose the best one.

In this important part of the process, we will decide together with you the information architecture, how they interconnect and how the user will find the infomation they are looking for. We will make the navigation tree and we’ll make usable wireframe prototypes and test them. We specially focuse on this part, because we know that everything depends on how well the information is organized. When information architecture and graphic mood are set up, the coding of the user interface is next. We use latest technologies like HTML5 and CSS3, AJAX and jQuey in order to give your new website a fresh interface. You want it to last for years to come. In the same time we carefully work to make it accessible on major number of devices and to largest possible audience.

We get excited when working on complex web projects that require building some new functionalities or integration with external databases through REST-like APIs (XML or JSON). We work with a variety of frameworks (freshcreator is developed using Ruby on Rails), we customize our own code, work on our own CMS or we adapt existing platforms such as Wordpress. We are specialists in e-commerce platforms and integration with third-party solutions. When everything seems complete and ready for launch we proceed with last series of tests, debugging and detail corrections. We consider everything, from copy, graphics and interface usability to overall functionality and performance.
After the website is on and going, we monitor it’s first steps to prevent some unexpected issues and problems. We monitor statystics, server response and user interaction.
